Yes, most come with everything needed in the box and are just as easy as installing a printer, scanner, et cetera. Most of the time it'll do all the work for you.

It is really easy. Normally you get all the software + drivers + instruction manuals inside the package.
How ever if you are a novice, I suggest to buy a well known product from a reputed manufacturer. Because I have experiences about cheap in price, but good quality Web Cams which were shipped with troublesome drivers. The box of the Web Cam did not give me a clue about the manufacturer's name and there were no printed manuals (not even in the driver CD). So the initial setting up / installation was a real pain.

Yeah, Just install with the cd it comes with and you should be all set!
