To hell with the midel east . it is the entire world that is about to be distroyed.
Why would you worry about a tiny place that has been fighting the same war for thousands of years.
I say come on god and do your thing. destroy the place and then leave it to nature.
Take the god and devel and all the religions that can't even see that they all call the same person the father and stuff them all up gods rear.

snOOOdle is right, almost. The factions of the 3rd World War are not being moved into place. They are already there. In the near future, the media will be talking about the 3rd World War that started at the event of 911. It actually started shortly before.
The fighting in Israel alone is not a fulfillment of this prophecy. God said that Israel would never know peace. He gave them many leaders and even kings and queens to lead them in God's way. The Jews always turned from him and those leaders. They refuse to accept Christ. They do not believe that the prophecy of his birth has ever been fulfilled.
When you add the recent events with other occurrences however, you do see a fulfillment of prophecy. One example: Revelations talks about the confusion of the animal world. Here in Missouri, snakes are cross breading. It is no longer possible to tell a poisonous snake from one that is harmless. Just yesterday I killed what appeared to be a garden snake. It had slitted eyes. I have killed water moccasins and cotton mouth snakes that had either rounded heads or round eyes. In the past a poisonous snake could be identified by the slitted eyes and arrow shaped head. This is no longer possible. Five years ago a child here died after being bitten by a common blue racer. A snake that is normally non poisonous.

I think that all of the Nations that are to play a part in the events described in the Revelations are slowly being moved into place. Those events may well be beginning to take shape. With the wars and rumors of wars, earthquakes in various places and all of the other prerequisites that are found in Matthew 24. I believe so. The events are starting to move quicker and are coming closer together. If you see Russia make a move towards the middle east by coming through Iran then I think that it would absolutely be the time for the final prophecy's fulfillment. Look to the East the King is Coming.

Technically speaking, the on-going conflict between Arabs and Israelis is one big family feud. Abraham got Hagar pregnant, and she bore Ismail, the father of all Arabs. Then Abraham (same guy) got his wife Sarah pregnant. Sarah bore Isaac, the father of Jacob and Esau. Jacob's name was changed by God to Israel. Esau became the father of the Edomites, who were the precursors of the current Jordanians.
Actually, the last unfulfilled prophecy can be found in Daniel 11:40-45. It is now being fulfilled. So, yes, by the Bible's own words, we have entered into "the Time of the End."

There is no final prophecy. I just don't believe it and I do believe that reality is much more challenging and interesting than that notion. However, I also believe that people do make their own prophecy so to speak.
Mankind has a destiny with an understanding of what makes life tick. But it is going to require some real guts. We have look anger, fear, doubt, and faithlessness right in the eye and not blink.
It seems to me that reality is more complicated than fundamental ideas of Christianity. Christ had the truth, but men have taken that truth and used it to seek power and influence over other people. I do not think you are doing that, but then I don't know your home life. It is not necessary that we agree on every point of spirituality. There is room for everyone.
Human reality is explicable! I can see and understand the cause and effect that shaped my family. I can see that we humans must create a language, a new language of the possibilities of reality that we can shape and create everyday of our lives. We have to help each other see the way to a better life for all. A life full of realized potential and manageable pain and suffering.

Thanks for the question.

Historically there has always been SO much fighting over and in Israel. I don't think this war is necessarily any different yet. Wait and see I suppose, but thus far, it doesn't seem like this situation has fulfilled that prophesy.
