I have T Mobile. I have had several times where I made poor choices on plans, or had excesssive minutes. I have always, AWAYS, been taken care of with the highest respect, and usually bonus minutes have been given to me to help out.
If I have a problem, the Rep. I get is always willing to walk me through it. Such as internet on phone, and I always get through. They go the extra mile.

Umm Cingular's a good company if you care about most cell phone users' costs. Free mobile-to-mobile calling rocks. Even with a prepaid plan Cingular rocks. Unlimited talk to Cingular customers for a buck a day. COOL. T-Mobile doesn't have the superior coverage as Cingular but the Sidekick is cool. Weigh the benefits and loss of both coverage area and costs. Not just the phones.

T Mobile runs the same cell system, GSM, as Cingular. It's the exact same technology. If you are not happy with them, then switch. That's what competition is all about right?
I have T Mobile, and I am very pleased with the service. I never get a dropped call, and customer service has been very helpful everytime I call.

I think T-Mobile is good. I've been using it for over 2 years. It doesn't always have the greatest service. Like you have a lot of dropped calls if you're in a house or basement that doesn't get very good reception, but the plan, price and customer service is MUCH better than Cingular (which is what my boyfriend has). He pays twice as much just for himself as my mom pays for her, my sister and I on our Family Plan. It's also the network with the most minutes! You can get over 1000 minutes plus free nights and weekends for like, $40!

I dont like them but i think it's cause the crap phone i had. I would say they're better than cingular (which i have now, but of course i have a razr now..) But for the sidekick yeah, i think you should go to t-mobile. If it wasnt for the sidekick i'd probably say verizona is better.

verizon instantaneous, heres why- verizon has wonderful insurance, in places the place no different businesses conceal. (I actual have verizon and that i've got had different businesses, so i talk from adventure) they have great telephones, and that they get the maximum modern telephones quickly. verizon additionally has the settlement from Apple, so they create the iphone(s) and the ipad you are able to choose what features you like/want, ie internet yet no longer texting, song yet no longer digital mail, etc. you are able to shop $ via no longer having the features you dont want, and in basic terms those you do. besides the undeniable fact that, verizon has sh*tty shopper help, so be warned!
