I am in an IT industry.
There is a plenty of jobs in the IT industry for those people who are willing to continue to learn and work hard. Don't believe those who say all good IT jobs are going to India. That's just not true.
What is no longer here is a kind of job one can just come to work, spend 8 lazy hours and still make money. I'd imagine this is true for all indstries after the shakedown in the early 2000s

Varun i completely agree with tkquestion.....i am a 2nd yr student of I.T engg.....comp sci engg and I.T engg are more and less similar to each other........what u have to do is to get command on ur programming skills......so don't panic...u r on the right track
