You can get a free website at http://omagehost.com, all you do is register a domain name, and you get free hosting. The cool part is that if you get your own domain you don't have to have a crappy subdomain website.

with a domain name you have to pay for those
unless can get some to pay for your website

There are many free services for u to provide free web hosting and free domain . but most of them are sub domains. like you.shimul.info .
yeh there are another oftion for u to avoid sub domain. .tk is providing free doman name and spaces .

You have to pay for a domain name. However, you can get sub-domain names (your-name-of-choice.website) from http://www.freewebs.com, http://www.geocities.yahoo.com, http://www.cabspace.com, et cetera.
