I am by no means tall. I am only 5'5" and I weigh 105 pounds. However, I love guys over 6'2" and preferably around 6'4" at 190 pounds. Why would I prefer such giants if I'm not by any means tall?

Is it some kind of Darwinism thing going on? Any weird insights welcomed.

Its wierd i have almost heard this same question before. Were your parents good looking? Were they short? Parents born around the 50's or 60's wernt all that good looking, some were but others wernt and people accepted that. Today most people are into whats the outside like compared to whats there inside like. Via the 50's or 60's so what i am saying is that maybe your parents rubbed some of there influencs and values onto you your whole life, so you want something different. That makes tall guys, you just like them dont get worked up about this.

You are because you are. Nothing weird or mysterious here. You like tall guys. Don't sit around trying to analyze such things. Go with them and accept it.

You want someone who's simply nuts over you. ::rim shot::

Seriously, though, what was your childhood like? Did you feel your parents weren't truly protective of you and maybe you're subconsciously seeking someone who's physically imposing? Some introspection would probably lead to better answers than what you'd get from people who don't know you at all.
