Do you take vitamins,sleep more, exersize.What do you eat?After having my 3rd baby I feel so tired during the day.It feels like it took so much out of me.(And I breastfead all my kids for a year so I know that even took more out of me.)

Of course this is the normal conseqence of having three children. All of the above applies. You are not getting enough sleep, enough personal time for or enough distraction and diversion. You maybe want to hold off on having anymore for awhile until you get your strength back. In the meantime take the vitamins, get the exercise and some time for yourself and if the feeling persists ask you doctor about possible depession or other illness.

Differant energy shakes and energy suppliments. Also try differant vitamins and juices. Drink lots of Juices. Try to stay as hydrated as possible.

take good diet.do some yoga, i am sure it is going to work really.
