There is a product called " PB Blaster ". It is sold in a rather full sized spray can, but has many uses around the house and is dirt cheep, considering. Full sized as in like WD 40. You will only need a small amount sprayed on a "lint-less" cloth (something that won't scratch the plastic) and enough to moisten the spot. Let it sit a few mins and then just wipe it off. It should dissolve the ink with out harming the plastic of the disc. Then hold the disk under warm running water and use dish washing liquid to cut the residue from the PB. Blot dry and u should be ok.

PB blaster is sold by Autozone, Wall Mart etc. and costs about $3 and change. Well worth it! Will take the rust off a chrome bumper or crack the most rusted nut or bolt loose far better than anything else I've tried.
