NO YOU CANT. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. YOU CANT BRAZE OR SOLDER IT EITHER. THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE ALLOYS.AND ELECTROPLATING OR POLISHING ONLY BRIGHTENS THE STAINLESS.

You don't weld copper you solder it (braze).Have you tried electroplateing the stainless (with copper) first.

you can plate copper onto stainless but its hard without the equipment
