I read this once and thought it was brilliant. Bugs are attracted to buf zappers. If you put one on your porch, yeah you kill them but you attract so many more. The solution is to but all of your neighbors bug zappers or convince them to buy them and the bugs will be attracted to your neighbors yards. Hmmmm.....

You can use a yellow light bulb, or get a yard fogger as I did and spray all around the area,that works well for a while, Or turn the light off.

There are light bulbs sold called "bug lights." They are yellow in color and do not attract insects.

get one of those ultraviolet lights they attract and kill them
