depending on the type of make up you use, there are all types of products to give you a matte look. Because you do sweat easily it may not be anything you can do as far as make up. Have you seen a physician to see if its a hormone imbalance? I use MAC and they have mattifiers to mist. Try them also. I used MK before too, just depends on what is going to stay on after sweating. Try dabbing at your make up when you feel like your are sweating if its coming off easily, it is missing the long lasting ingredient.

See, rather than trying products that may allow long wear make up, y don't u try this simple exercise that would initially reduce and eventually solve ur profuse sweating.
Lie down on ur back. Inhaling deeply, lift ur legs and raise them so that only ur head is on the ground. U may hold on ur legs for balancing this posture. Count up to ten in a rhythm and then exhaling come back to ur normal posture of lying down. In yoga, this is called SARVANGASANA (WHOLE BODY PARTS IN THE UPWARD DIRECTION).
THIS INCREASES BLOOD FLOW TO THE BRAIN, REMOVES HEAT THAT MAKES THE HYPOTHALAMUS SENSE A LOWER BODY TEMPERATURE, RESULTING IN LESSER PERSPIRATION.
Take it from me... it really works.

use a compact / loose powder underneath your make up to stop reduce the impact of sweat on your face.
Dont eat oily stuff when you want your make up to last.
Try toning your face withouth moisturing before applying the powder and make up.

once you place your eye makeup on, use a eyeshadow base under the shadow or in basic terms a base in case you do no longer use eyeshadow. which will carry the eyeliner in place without smudging it. attempt it and notice. i think of you will somewhat agree.
