oh I would really like to know how to make it with out credit cards, bank accounts, on poor credit , what can I do?

If you don't have the money to pay for it, you don't need it.
If it is bills at home, cut down and omit luxuries such as cell phones, cable, etc...
You would think after racking up those credit cards you would see the path of your destructiveness...
