Is it wrong to want to make him suffer?

Some guy I hardly know posted something mean about me (for you dirty mind out there it wasn’t sexual, just really mean). And I don’t know why, were not friends, we don’t really talk, I can be a know it all ***** at times but I’ve never actually done anything to him, except for being a smart ***. I feel if he is going to write something **** about me I may as well do something to deserve the negative attention I getting from him. It only bothers me because a lot of people know about it. What do you think I should do?
A)be mature about it do nothing
b) Confront him
c) Tell him off
d) Get him back
e) other- explane

In real life this happens often, and its best to have a thick skin about it and learn to laugh. Are there any damages? Forget those who do this and turn your back to them, its not worth fighting these people, too many! Of course you can post your own response and let everyone know he's an idiot not to be taken serious, but he will just laugh it off because he expected and wanted this. Besides, the people who are your friends and know you don't care about this, why should you care what anyone else thinks?

You could do A - do nothing. That is always a good option because there is little risk of the situation escalating. You could also confront him, but it all depends on HOW you do it. If you confront him, do it maturely and don't do C (tell him off).

There is no point in revenge because it makes you no better than he is.

Revenge is a low state of mind. Learn to rise above it by learning what a great person you are under the b---h exterior. You act that way for a reason; figure out why and fix it.

In the meantime, don't associate with people who are against you. Drama might relieve boredom, but at what price?

You didn't say that what he posted isn't true. If it is, why are you upset about it? That only gives other people power over you.

I say be mature, let him waste his time trying to get to you. your friends are the only people you need and they know you better than he does. So when you see him just walk by him, or continue talking on the phone or to a friend (if you were doing so before) to really annoy him, whenever you see him just smile, he'll get pissed because you're not pissed, he'll eventually stop.

It depends on the things he said.If it doesn't deserve the fight ,then don't waste ur time.Some people don't like what's happening in their life so,they try to let it out on people they hardly know.However,if what he said is harmful to u in some way ,then,confront him

so do yourself a favour and just ignore him. he's a nobody and you aint going to meet him, so who gives a $hit about him? i had run-ins with two people but i've ignored them after one message
