let me guess...it's late...and you're hungry. so you say, hm, an omlet sounds good right now. but then, you look into your refridgerator and low and behold...no eggs. it's too late to go to the store, that or you're too lazy (it gets the best of us)...so here you end up on yahoo answers, asking us if we know the solution to your problem. i do not. maybe go eat some toast. some bacon? cereal even. or go to bed and wait for breakfast. thats what, in 6 hours?
either this^ or you;
a.) don't like eggs.
b.) are allergic to eggs
c.) dropped your eggs on the floor as you were moving them from fridge to frying pan. (i feel your pain)
d.) someone just made an omlet, not asking you if you wanted a bite, and now that your whole house smells of yummy omlet, you have a craving that needs to be fixed
e.) none of the above.
if i were in your situation, i am not sure just how i would react. if i were completley desperate, i would get some cheese, milk, bread crumbs, cracker crumbs, crumbled bacon and mix it around in a frying pan until it thickens. then as it forms the shape of a circle around the pan, fold it in half like a real omlet. then sit down with a glass of milk and enjoy (try to anyway).
may i suggest more food options before you go to these great heights to make a weird fake omlet? okay, good:
BACON!
salas
soup
spaghettios
ramen noodles
pickels
pb&j
grilled cheese
frozen tv dinner
chips
chips and dip
leftovers
crackers
cookies
ice cream
waffles
fruit
easy mac
mac & cheese
taco bell...well it's too late for taco bell. but a great choice for tomorrows lunchbreak.
any fast food place..thats still open for some odd reason.
just drink some water and go to sleep
i hope i have been a help to you in any way possible. if not, i am sorry, and good luck.

it is basic. it truly is how I make it Crack 2 eggs right into a bowl. upload about 2tbsp milk and some chopped up spinach and mint leaves into it. upload salt and pepper and whip till there is foam. the blend should be mild and fluffy. Then on a pan, upload butter. even as the butter melts thoroughly, upload the egg blend and unfold it to conceal the pan. prepare dinner both the perimeters to a brown color. delight in :)

I went to the grocery store today, and noticed a section where pretty much everything was made from tofu...maybe they've come up w/ a soy-omelet? You know, like those meatless sausages.
