Feverfew. Make a tea with it, or just chew the leaves. That other guy is right too, a Chiropractor might help. Also, if you find the cause of your migraines you might be able to stop getting them. They can be caused by lots of things like hormones, or they could even be an allergic reaction. MSG allergies cause migrain-like symtoms. Whenever I drink fruit flavored sodas that contain ester gum I get migrains, and some people get them from caffeine. They may also becaused by stress so you might just need to avoid stress. Yeah, but anyway, feverfew works really well for me. Drink some feverfew tea and have a hot shower and they usually go away.

The best way is to consult a homeo practitioner and take the burden off your mind in getting rid of migraine as well as the difficulty in selecting the right homeo medicine in a given situation. Many factors relating to a person's mind, working environment, desires and aversions to quote a few have to be considered and weighed according to indications before selecting a homeo medicine. In my opinion It is the best alternative medicine which the West has given the rest of humanity.

1. Get off the computer. Lights do nothing to help, go to a dark, quiet room and try your best to not move and nap it off.

2. Some head pains are caused by muscle tension in either the neck or head. Massage the back of your head just where it meets with the spine or try cracking your neck (which is what I do). The more places you find "tense" or "bally" are where they should be massaged the most, even if it may hurt.

Take some natural apple cider vinegar, mix 50/50 with water, boil on stove-top, lean over it and inhale 40-80 times and this should help. Don't hold me to it, I've never tried it.

Supposedly there is a pressure point on the knuckle of your thumb that, if squeezed tightly, will help end headaches. I don't know if this works but good luck!
