She says sometimes if her makeup is done really well, she will sleep in it and wear it the next day. I think that is just totally gross, but then my skin is really greasy and I wash my face at least 3 times a day. Would you leave your makeup on over nite and not wash your face the next am?

I know this is supposed to bad for your skin, but I have done it since I first started wearing makeup........ I too can wake up the next morning and my makeup looks like I have just applied it, so therefore I sometimes wear it again. ( I dont do this every day). I usually wash my makeup off in the shower of a morning then re apply it again for the day, I dont have bad skin, I dont have wrinkles and I have only ever had a handfull of pimples in my life. All my sisters are the same!!!

Oh yes this is very unhealthy, it clogs pores, can cause pink eye, and dirties all your pillow.

and hunnie just a little tip, i totally had super oily skin too, but if you wash it too much it simply irritates the skin and makes it produce even more oil! i know eh, annoying! So when you tempted to wash your face again, don't!

You can buy some nice oil clearing pads (don't know what they are really called) of paper and carry it in your purse... they are great! i know mac, and the body shop sell them.

You swipe your face in the bathroom, through the paper, and your face is fresh again!

No way, I would never do that, no matter how good the make up job looked. I don't know about you, but whenever I have just taken naps with makeup on, I wake up and it's all messed up! Like my eyelashes w/ mascara are all bent and turned in different directions & my eyeliner is smeared & stuff. Plus, if I slept in my makeup, it would cause me to break out. Not good!

I did that a couple times because I was really tired but it is not a good idea to leave the makeup on I think it might mess up your skin dirt and build up if you do it too often.

I do that only when i'm really really tired to the max! But of cos i wash it the next day. If u're someone who put on thick eyeliner, its better that u wash it off cos i used thick eyeliner and i didn't wash it off one night. Imagine what happen...My eyes turn into a panda for the whole 3-4 days..Lesson well learnt and i won't do that again!Never~!

I've been guilty of going to bed without cleaning off my makeup, and yet I still have great skin - with the rare breakout once in a blue moon.

No, I would not...maybe supermodels are superhuman and won't break out, but the rest of us will! I wouldn't wash any more than morning & night, otherwise your skin will overcompensate & produce more oil, but I wouldn't sleep in any makeup, not even that mineral stuff!

Well I don't really wear make-up, but I did hear from a make-up fanatic that sleeping in your make-up is really unhealthy for yous skin, you should always throughly clean your skin, but then again it also depends on often she sleeps in it or how long she goes without washing her face.

I would not leave my make-up on , because I have oily skin also, and when oil and dirt mix, they cause bumps and I definitely don't want a oily, bumpy, dirty face. On the other hand we all think differently, and she is rich , it may be some kinda' product that we don't know about that is good for her face.

I don't think that's smart but whatever I've done it before when I was really tired and didn't feel like getting up and I just passed out. Other than that don't it's not good for your skin!
