well you probably don't look like an apple but if you're in the jungle/plains/forest i guarantee you, you look like meat to whatever the top predator might be. i.e. lions. tigers, bears, wolves. and your dead carcass would be meat for many scavengers including vultures, foxes, and eventually worms and maggots................now that I've answered the smatrass way you expected it means simply whatever you put into your body is what you'll get out of it. if you fill it with junk it wont work so well while a diet low on sugars and high on organic vegetables and meats will ensure it runs at the optimal level.

Meaning the notion that to be fit and healthy you need to eat good food.
What you consume is what you are!!!

example : if you eat junk food all the time you get fat right?
so you eat fat food. Your get fat. You are that fat person because you ate that fatening food and you became of what It consits.
same thing with healty food.
Or like someone who goes on a carrot diet is a good example. My friend ate nothing but carrots for a whole 2 months and his body turned orange. no joke. Looked like an orange tan. nasty! ahahaha

get it now? =]

What it means, dear, is that you are a reflection of what you consume. If you eat healthy, live a balanced life, eat rich foods in moderation, you will be the picture of health. If you binge on unhealthy things, your weight, complexion, and other aspects in your life will show it.
Watch these two from Morgan Spurlock.

This has been elegantly addressed in the biblical dialogue found in Prevarications 1:1...

"Yea, though you can eat your meat, and you can eat your friend, thouest cannot eat your friend's meat."

Or something like that.

Food is the building block that our bodies use to restore themselves. If we eat healthy foods, we will have healthy bodies. If we eat junk, our bodies will break down.

The saying means, pure and simple, that if you eat healthy, you ARE healthy. If you don't eat healthy, then you're not healthy. Pretty easy, huh?

If you eat **** you are ****...

no no no I'm kiddin'. Basically it means if you believe anything then you are gullible....also it has a second meaning. if you take in a figurative diet of things around you then you emulate those things you know best.

it means that if you eat healthy you are healthy, and if you eat like a pig, you are a pig. (not literally like a farm animal pig, figuratively)
