How can i copywrie something? like a saying or phrase

It's not the same as a complete copywriting, but it works to prove it was yours before anybody elses...I learned in college (way back) that, say you wrote a song, or recorded something. Make a copy of it, and send the original to yourself in the mail...then don't ever open it.
If somebody copies your thing, then you take them to court, you can prove that it was your own idea by it being in a sealed envelope, and by the date on the postmark.

The cheapest is to mail it to yourself and never open it. The date stamp put on the envelope from the post office makes it an official US document.

Anything you write and create instantly gets a copyright. Then, it's a matter of who came up with it first. That's where the dating by the post office comes in.
