I would choose Japan, because I find the history beautiful, the Haiku poetry exquisite, and the cultural differences enlightening. The reverence for nature is a wonderful change from most of the moder world. In a nutshell, I think it is the best place on Earth. (I come from America)

Wherever I am in the here and now. I find I am more fulfilled when I appreciate exactly where I am at any given moment instead of yearning for something or somewhere else, sometime in the future.

if you ask me to say the best place to live its non other than the place that u are living . no part of the world will be as comfortable as that and you will feel the discomfort in places where u r not used to.

I would have to say California, and here is why. California has everything in it, a mix of desert and forests. No place like home i guess and California will always be where my heart is.
