I would choose Japan, because I find the history beautiful, the Haiku poetry exquisite, and the cultural differences enlightening. The reverence for nature is a wonderful change from most of the moder world. In a nutshell, I think it is the best place on Earth. (I come from America)

if you ask me to say the best place to live its non other than the place that u are living . no part of the world will be as comfortable as that and you will feel the discomfort in places where u r not used to.
