I want to hear from people who got a six pack stomache. I want to know what your work out routine is and what you tend to eat.

Removing the fat is more important, and more difficult, than building up the muscle. Sit ups, crunches and leg-raises do not burn much fat, so either do hours of aerobics or high intensity workouts as well.
Eating well is very important, it takes a lot of effort to burn off fat, so don't feed it by eating junk food and drinking Coke.

For sure eat less fatty foods, and start with the cardio big time, jump rope is really good aside from the various sit-up positions. Try a boxing class! The constant movement and focus on the midsection should produce the results you want. Good Luck!!!

i dont have one but i know i can easaly get one. i eat well and i co 5 sets of 25 reps of crunches everday(when i rember my abs) now i see improvment pretty damn quick but thats me mostlikely you wont devloup them that quickly, most people dont but just hang on. also every 3rd day do elbow to knee crunches or some thing to work your oblques.

i like being able to make my abs grow, not i just have to rember to do them! lol! wish it was so easy with the rest of my body. oh and also take not i have 13% body fat you need at most 13% to have a 6 pack.
