If you already know exactly what you want to do, I'd start by saying "what school is best", rather than "Is this school good".

I'd get a short list together of the most prestigious agencies that use graphic artists and contact somebody over there about internships, telling them you just have a few questions.

Be conversational, and somewhere as an aside ask about where a lot of ther designers went to school. Not only will you get some good leads on schools, you'll already know that these schools have good reps at some of the top firms in your field.
