basically if you want details i can email you the letter i wrote them regarding issue but to make a long story short i hate virgin mobile i got a letter in the mail for a winback promo and it was for the number ending in 1608 well i had already had another number this one was 8834 so when i called in i was like i am calling in regards to this promo she was like you dont qualify i was like im calling for the number 1608 she said this one qualifies and since you cant get the number back she was going to make notes on 8834 i would qualify if i topped up with at least 20 dollars. well on june 23 i had my number changed because some guy was harrasing me and before i changed my number i asked will i still get my bonus the guy was like i dont see why not so i changed my number i was supposed to get my bonus by the 30th of june no later than the first of july...... i have been waiting ever since than with 4 people saying i quailify and 2 people saying i dont i hate them and want to boycott...

ya!!! the comparable factor occurred to me approximately 4 months in the past. It took off $10 and then i referred to as the costumer help line and after an hour and a a million/2 they reported the might do an examine for me. they reported call back in some week, i referred to as back in each week and a a million/2 and that they reported they'd no longer help me via fact i became into think to call back in an afternoon or 2. What BS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try Net10 or Tracfone or even GoPhone and throw your Virgin Mobile phone in the trash.
