It is quite natural to angry. But remember only one thing there is always only one alphabet that separates anger and danger. So be careful do not allow that anger to overcome you.

Yoga is known ot have the best effect over the ming but it requirs great deal of practise.

Anger can be because of poor coping skills. When there is nothing else to draw upon to deal with a situation anger comes out. The best way to cope with anger is to have some other ways of dealing with problems.

Take long walks. This usually helps. Try walking for 30 minutes to an hour and see if you ae still as angry as you were.
