Arizona, I moved to South Carolina last year from the north. HATE IT. The way of life here is just not for me. Arizona on the other hand is in driving range of California and Las Vegas... can't lose.... the west coast is more of a home to a northerner then the south will ever be

The average residency in AZ is 7.5 years. The ratio of women to men is something like 12-1. The DA prosecutes bad personal checks but not bad paychecks nor forged checks. Nobody cares if items get taken out of your mailbox. Phoenix pays the EPA a daily fine for doing nothing about pollution.
AZ is pretty. It's modern. It's spread out like a western state should be but I just wouldn't wish Arizona on my worst enemy.
I don't know about NC except for what I saw in the movie "Last of the Mohicans".

I would rather live in north carolina. Because the view in north carolina is a beatiful sight. Another reason i would live in north carolina is the farther u go out west the higher the gas prices is.

Personally, I would rather live in Arizona, yes, it would be a lot hotter, but to me, it is a much more beautiful state from what I have seen. It doesn't help that my whole life I have lived on the east coast of the USA, and would love a chance to live someplace new.

Been to both, North Carolina has a fair winter, yet it does get cold and snows. Arizonia has nothing for beaches but nice winters. Tough choice but I'd have to rough out the winter in North Carolina I guess to be near the ocean.

North Carolina. Simply because its closer to everything thats worth seeing, its cheaper living (depending on where you live), east coast, beautiful weather......what more could you ask for. I can't wait to get out of michigan.

Hi,, i have lived in both and here is my suggestion.... I choose Arizona because I like wide open spaces...... mountains,, and things like that....
If you like green trees,, grass ,and flowers and beaches,,then stay in N.C.,, you can visit the Smokies,,but they aint nothing compaired to the Rockies......
good luck...

NC
Mountains to the West
Forests to the South
Ocean to the East
All in one state.
Who could ask for more.
