I think Juventus got a harsh punishment -30 points and Serie B
Why wasn't Ac Milan relegated to Serie B?
Would it have anything to do with the fact that Berlusconi owns
Ac Milan??

Need to say I'm Juventus fan and I dislike Berlusconi' politics, not Milan which is a great team.

When the scandal was discovered, i thought Juventus would have a harsh punishment. Genoa and Fiorentina were recently relegated in 'serie C', I couldn't guess Juventus should has a better judgment... and Palazzi ask for relegation in a lesser ship than 'serie B'.
I think Juventus behavior (they admit they're guilty, sacked the involved managers, changed the whole company line-up, ask for a softer judgment as relegation in 'serie B') was appreciate from Judges. Of course, they can't relegate a team in serie B for the next 2 years (it's impossible!) and they switched to 'B' and -30 points.
Now, the next judgment is likely to be easier. If Juventus will have the same attitude, accepting 'B' and asking a -15 instead than -30, judges could agree, rewarding a collaborative team.
The other clubs aren't collaborative, they will ask to stay in 'serie A' and, if not allowed, they will leave the Sport Court to Law Court as Fiorentina and Lazio already said.
I guess those teams are facing a bankrupt menace when going in 'B', but their judgement was balanced with Juventus one. Fiorentina President Della Valle directly asked Lazio President Lotito to set up their match (Lotito disagree). Genoa was thrown in 'serie C' for the same behavior.
Milan judgment is balanced too. I really can't understand why they should go at Law Court. My opinion is they must accept the sentence as Juventus does, trying to decrease -15 points to -5. They are investigated for a match only, but President Galliani perfectly knew what's going on and is banned for 1 year...

First of all "Zal I": helloooooo! Hellloooooooo!!!

Ciao Juventina.
I think they did not get a "harsh" punishment: on the contrary, they were very lucky.
Previously, teams like Genoa, Napoli and Perugia were sent directly in Serie C (from Serie A) and their fault was lesser than Juventus.
This is just my objective opinion :) and a lot of Italians think the same. The law should be the same for everybody, no matter what is the name of the Team.

Juventina: guarda la mia risposta to "Asok" per "Word juggling" hahahahaha

Well, considering that Galliani was directly involved, it is a little surprising that AC Milan is still in Serie A, while the other three teams were all demoted...

Btw, I'm an AC Milan fan but I hate Berlusconi...

Juventus got what they deserved. perhaps they should concentrate on playing better futbol (that's what its called) and a little less illegal activities.
and if you don't want to hear who doesn't agree with you..why do you even use this site?
go find yourself a bf or something you old goof.

Personally the whole Italian team should be strip off their world cup! They know without zidane the entire team will fall, so it's a deliberate act!
