Well I can say I never have skid marks. I think you need to find a cleaner man, Or try and teach him how to wipe better. Buy him some panty liners.

What are you feeding him? lol! Can't say as that's happened to me since I was 5... And, for the record, I do my own laundry, so if I did have a skidmark, nobody would know but me.

Keep in mind that men are MUCH more active than women
are physically, and more likely to work OUTSIDE farther from facilities, and also MUCH MORE willing
to fart for awhile before 'having' to head INSIDE
to poop.
WOmen are mainly INSIDE much closer to toilets, and
urinate more frequently, thus closer to the pooper.

I think you hang out with the wrong kind of guys.
In my entire life as a doc in hospital, i've not seen any one (patients) with any skid marks.
Maybe the guys you hang out with dont use paper or tissue, they use sand paper? haha
