This year i transferred from CCC to San Francisco State University with 70 units and i will be taking 18 more units here. Can i transfer to another 4 year university from SFSU like next year for my senior year? I'd like to transfer to either UC Davis or San Diego State University. What do you think? Can i transfer all 88 units i will have by then?

UC Davis and San Diego State University are very different schools (are you confusing CSUSD with UC San Diego?)--what are the reasons for the transfer? What is your major? What are your career goals? Answering these questions will assist you in making the decision--each school has its different strengths.

Each school will also have its own criteria for transferable units: it would be best to sit down with a counselor at your current school to determine which courses would be accepted at which schools--it is likely that not all of your courses will transfer equally (a State school is on the semester system; a UC is on the quarter system, so the units will not match entirely. There are also differences regarding what is required for each course, program, etc.). All the best to you.

I'm not sure about CA schools, but most colleges won't take senior transfers.
