dont sweat jus keep drinking lot of water ,sit straight n tight, dont eat ice creams chocolates n sweets used skimmed milk eat only fruits for dinner use whole wheat breads,30 mins walk morning n evening shall be great use only non stick pans n utensils for 15 days n see the results

Eat less, period. Doing exercises that make you sweat will increase the muscle UNDERNEATH the fat, but will not make the fat go away. True, exercise burns calories, making it easier to lose weight, but the bottom line is - eat less, lose fat. No sweat!

Ride a bike three miles twice a day, and skip a meal a day. No more sodas for a month.
