wasted time doing idle activities such as checking one website over and over, even with a reading speed of 800wpm. Lowered metabolism and fitness if the teen just sits there and USES the unlimited internet to the unlimited limit.

Depends on how the time is used, and what the teen could be doing instead.

Although giving teenagers unlimited time for anything is sort of like giving a gladiator a stick and saying, "Play nice." Teenagers need direction and guidance. Computers are great and the internet is fun but kids will invincible themselves till they die if you aren't careful.

All depends on how they use it.Personally speaking it is very helpful.But the minds of teenagers are usually erotic and cannot concentrate on any one thing,Of course,entertainment is also necessary.But the whole internet operation shouldn't become entertainment oriented.This is one bad effect because of unlimited access toward internet.

A lot of wasted time. Hell, I can remember hours of just wasted, unproductive time surfing the net. Some of it was educational though.
