More likely than not, your idea is something you will have to "fabricate" yourself using a number of modified objects. If you ever heard of "A & W" Rootbeer drive-ins, you can pick up the "window" brackets from an A & W rootbeer "tray". The box to despense the cards will certainly have to be fabricated. Inside the despenser, you will have to fabricate a small sheet of "sheet metal" attached to a "rod", and around the rod a loose "spring" that will both contract and expand easily within the metal box. The box should be inclosed on every side, except for the "dispensing side" (face) of the box. If I had a way here, I would draw and send you a "schematic" for the entire project.

Well I got some of these for my business from this website. However they are marketed for my specific business, but you could ask if they have a supplier or can make them for your business.
