Looks like your body just isn't ready to get up. Go to sleep earlier and try to set your biological clock to wake up naturally at the normal time your alarm wakes you up. If that doesn't work, try start exercising more--though you should excursive more either way.
The bad mood part? maybe you need a lady thang in your bed in the morning, bet you won't be in a bad mood at that point.

I don't know your gender, age, et cetera .... but it could be a number of things:
You could have sleep apnea, which means not only do you snore, but you actually stop breathing, depriving your brain of oxygen for short periods during the night. Trust me, this is real, and can make your life suck.....it happened to me. See your doctor.
More simply, you could be dehydrated. Many people don't drink anything as bedtime nears because they don't want to have to wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. Drink alot of water before you go to bed....remember you could be asleep for 8-9 hours... that's a long time without a drink. Most likely you can hold it through the night, and you'll be more than happy to leap out of bed in the morning to go pee!!! Also, drink plenty of water when you get up.
That's my 2¢

I've been trying to figure out why i am the same way... i think its because i have such a hard time sleeping in the first place, that now... no matter if i get enough sleep or not, I wake up moody and wanting more shut eye. So maybe your body is just trying to catch up on the rest you have been unintentionally depriving it of?

It's probably because you still need to sleep some more..
My suggestion is this:
First, you need to change the bed covers and find fresh new ones.
Second, go to sleep early making sure that you had a bath beforehand.
Third, pray for a good night's rest and surrender all your anxieties to Him.
Those would surely work! Good night!!!

Write each thing it somewhat is bothering you down, that ought to favor to help. try listening to music, that often makes me drained, or you need to in basic terms study a e book. each morning i have self belief an similar, i recognize how you experience, it really is terrible. try putting your alarm clock on the different facet of the room and set it somewhat loud so that you need to upward thrust up and turn it off. Then bypass hop interior the bathe, it somewhat wakes you up. i somewhat wish that permits!

you may have sleep apnea where you quit breathing for a few seconds several times a nite,or restless leg syndrome that can be just as draining to your sleep, have you had a sleep study done if not talk to your doctor about having one better yet go to a doctor that deals only with sleep disorders.
