Speak with the priest. Unless the marriage is so close as to be prohibited in your state, the marriage license is legal. But the priest, as representative of the Church, may have more narrow parameters he has to follow. In such a case he would be bound by Church law to refuse the ceremony.
This is assuming, of course, that the participants give a rat's a** what the Church thinks...
You could also wait until the actual ceremony and say something when this line comes up: "If any person has reason why these two should not be joined in holy matrimony, let him speak now or forever hold his peace." You'll p*ss off a lot of people, though, and if the marriage is allowed by Church law you'll have done it for nothing.

if their blood realives they are swearing in at the court house when they get their license that they arent .. so u may want to contact the court house and see if theres some kind of action that can be taken.. other then that , when they say get to the "does anyone object to the marriage" u stand up and say Yes... OR if they are Catholic just go tell the Priest whats going on.. he wont perform the wedding , and will talk to them..

This is an easy answer, don't wait until the wedding date (unless they know they are blood relatives) ... let them know what's up! Other than that, you speak up in the wedding .... that is the reason why they ask before vows.
