If you seriously have to wipe after you have expelled toxic fumes from your shooter then you need a doctor sweetheart cause something was obviously was too big to fit there and forcing it gave you problems...

For hygeinic reason, you have to wash it with soap. If water and soan is not available, use a soft tissue and wash it later when you get home. This is to avoid skin irritation due to germs.
