Because he was a very important founding father of the country. Why the 100$ bill? Why not. I think Franklin could have been a good president, had he ever run for the office. But I think he was to old when the revolution was all done with.

Several US currency have non-presidents on them. $10 - Alexander Hamilton, $100- Ben Franklin, $10,000 - Salmon P Chase, then there are the coins... Susan B Anthony, Sacajewaya, etc.

Look at all the stuff he was inventing, how much he put into the idealogy of this country, and the fact that he was banging young broads when he was in his 70s.

Cause he made so much money with his inventions...or maybe made someone ELSE so much money that they put him on the big bill!
