You may purchase a wig and pull all the hair out of it leaving only the fake scalp. Next step some waterproofing spray like you use on a pair of shoes, Then bingo, bango you have yourself a swim cap.

You can buy shower caps almost everywhere, but they are not quite as tight as swim caps. If you have to have it right now, maybe put plastic saran wrap over your head and then put a big rubber band over it.

you can go to a swimming store (such as GREENHOUSE (look then up on the web)) and they sell silicone caps for like $5, then you could take a sharpie marker and decorate it (very carefully) or you could buy one with a design on it...you could also buy a latex cap...but those rip easily, so i suggest not using those
