This may get me no votes but there is no need for any reduction as both male and female brains are practically the same.
Yes men and women are different like women can make better use of their IQ where men make better use of creativity (this differs depending who you talk to as many people are quite biased)

Finally on the topic of sex change. When the change is for the proper reasons there is no need to change anything as they were born with a female brain meaning the reason for the change is for appearance reasons only as they would already be mostly female in who they are.
