Mondays are really hard for me, every week is the same thing. I don't have anything to wake up to on Sundays, I try to wake up early, but I just don't have anything to do, so I sleep a while longer. Because I get out of bed late, I can't sleep early, I can be in bed, shut down the lights, turn off the TV, but I'll just be in be tossing and turning, and I can't ever sleep until 3:00 AM, and then I have to be at work at 7:30 AM. Mondays is always having a headache, not being rested, not working well. I just don't know how to fix this.

Could I take a sleep pill just on Sundays?

So what just deal, your body will sleep when it needs to, I wouldnt take sleep pills once a week, I try not to take them at all when I do I feel very grogy and crappy the next day, I have a sleeping disorder all my life and I just deal if sometimes I cant sleep I just dont get as much sleep and then the next night I will be more tired and sleep easier.

Yes.One pill a week should help. For sometime. If for continuous 4 or 5 Sundays you feel good (after taking a pill, every sunday) stop taking it for the 6th , 7th and other sundays.Bingo. You could be sleeping like a duck.

I take sleeping pills everyday, i get really bad insomnia
What I use is Melatonin, you can get it at any vitamin store for like 5 bucks, and its an herbal supplement that makes you sleep, and OH MAN!! do you ever get a good nights rest without being groggy the next morning!

Good Luck

Try an over the counter pill, like Simply Sleep which is Tylenol Pm , without the tylenol. It really works. I take them now and again, and I'm not hooked.
