I think it depends on the context. It can be a sexual act, but I spoon with my best friends sometimes, or my mom sometimes when I need love... it's not always sexual.

No, not that in of itself, but it puts you on the wrong path....
It starts off with spooning and then ends up more complicated. If you love your signifigant other, be loyal to 'em.

Is the spooning being done with or without clothes on? Regardless, being in bed with someone besides your significant other isn't really honoring that relationship.

The way I define it is this: Are you doing something with the other person you wouldn't do if your significant other was in the room....
Why would you "spoon" with someone else, anyway? Not feeling so attached after all, are you....

there is no reason you should be laying down with anyone other than the one your in a relationship with. I think you know in your heart your wrong otherwise you wouldn't be on here asking your question and tryin to convince your self what you did was ok

If you have to ask if something is cheating, it probaly IS cheating. But, yeah it is kind of sexual and therefore cheating.
