What State and what Region?
Whenever I go to Utah I see signs that are welcoming back our troops. Why isnt it like this in other states or bigger cities?

There are signs for Troops all over the country. All troops returning to my state are welcomed by the Governor, TV, Radio, Newspaper reporters and cameras. In Maine there is an airport where many troops have their first stop as they arrive back in the states. They have a large group of volunteers who show whatever the hour (even 2 or 3 am) with homemade goodies, fresh toiletries, etc.
However, none of the above answers your main question. If you want the region that is the most patriotic in their actions and laws (closely following the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights), then I vote for the New England States.

Texas. Everything is biggest in Texas.
"Welcome Home Troops" banners are all over the USA ... however, it is more noticeable in smaller towns; which Utah is full of. In bigger cities, the Hippies kinda have a stigma about the military and most are afraid of the hippie attacks

Texas is the most patriotic state, and the South is the most patriotic region of the U.S.A.

Tennessee there r signs on everything cars,building,houses u name it its all about patriotism

any small to medium town in the mid west especially if they have an American Legion
