I am so glad that ignorant people like "Tica" have so little understanding of what is soccer.

I love tha fact that you don't watch soccer games, but you watch only your team (France).

In meantime, ITALY is the WORLD CHAMPION and you have to wait 4 years (or maybe you will continue to be bitter the next 4 years) before you can even attempt to hold the trophy (which is in Rome at this time).

Ur american r u? Well 4 ur information U think they r good cause they won the world cup an r cute well wow !! U may not be american or may know soccer 4 long. But Italians cheated to to the finallys different ways that ppl didn't see an Materzzi was wrong 4 provking Zidane an saying stuff about his sista & motha 3 times untill zidane headbutt him the last time he said it !! at least zidane ignored 2 times!!.

My favorite team is also Italy. Don't listen to those who tell you they are cheaters and unethical. They are either pissed sore losers, or they don't know crap about soccer ;-)
They say Italians dive, fake injuries, cheat, play dirty and their soccer is boring because they don't attack or score much. Well, the Fifa World Cup statistics tell us the opposite. The player who committed the most fouls is French. Italy is 2nd top scorer after Germany. We all saw Henry (France), Ronaldo (Brazil) and Cristiano Ronaldo (Portugal) dive in the box to get penalties -- just to mention those I remember now (but there were more).
And as far as ethics goes, if headbutting another player (physical aggression) is ethical and acceptable, then everything else is ethical and acceptable too.

My favorite team in the world cup (after France cause they are my boys) would be Germany, Spain, England, Ecuador, Ghana, the US, Switzerland... and maybe a little bit Trinitad and Tobago just because seeing the underdog win is always so much fun!

can you name all the players in their roster? how many times they have won the world cup? How old Luca Toni is? ....without looking it up on the internet?
