There are two ways you can say:
a) I have infinite love for you (using infinity in terms of material measurements)
b) My love for you is eternal (using eternity in terms of time scale measurement)

My personal preferance is b) since a) sound very materialistic, dream type while b) is more serious and commitment-types. a) may also implies that it is infinite as of now but may not be same tomorrow.

I think infinity love and eternity love are both terrible!

"Ordinary"love, if it is real, is always changing and adjusting to the changing people who are in love. So real love isnt' "infinite" or "eternal," unless it is constantly dynamic as a complex set of feelings between ever-maturing lovers.

when you say infinity it sort of means volume/strength whereas eternity has a time concept attached to it. so with regards to love infinite love may end some day however eternal love wont.
