OK, a lot of bad answers here. NO, you cannot take aleve and motrin at the same time; aleve is NAPROXEN, and motrin is IBUPROFEN. The label on aleve says not to take with other NSAIDS (non steroidal anti inflammatories) such as motrin a/k/a ibuprofen. Please DO NOT TAKE MEDICAL ADVICE FROM PEOPLE ON YAHOO ANSWERS, your life is not worth risking for that. Call your local pharmacy and at the very least ask the pharmacist. They know drug interactions; that's their job.

I wouldn't. They're not good for your stomach. I would just stick with the Aleve because I think it is a better pain reliever.

@ Cindy I am going to report your answer. That is no way to be giving advice. Yelling and screaming. I would not want you any advice from you if that is the way you are going to speak to people. If you are in a customer service job and you talk that way to customers, they will complain to your boss (the manager) about the way you talk to them and you will be fired from the job.
