Wear very professional clothing. A suit and tie, or a coat and tie with nice trousers. It is best to make a good first impression. You are interviewing for a management position at a clothing store; you want to look as if you know something about appropriate attire. NO JEANS EVER AT A MANAGEMENT INTERVIEW!!

Wear a suit and tie. There's never harm in dressing respectably for a professional interview...especially one involving clothing. This is certainly true for a management position.

Wear their clothes for the coming fall, don't wear dresses from the summer, it'll look like you're not trendy
Just kidding. Listen to the first guy. A full suit might not be necessary but shirt, tie, slacks.

Well, for any kind of manager position, I would definitely wear a shirt and tie with a pair of dress pants. It doesn't matter if it's a women's store, you're dressing for your position level. For a manager, you need to look professional.

You should wear a suit and tye with nice slacks. It is very important to pay attention to small details like no wrinkles, well buff dress shoes, etc. The nicer you look, the more confident you will be. Good Luck!

I would say dress like they dress, if it's a really nice store then I recommend shirt and tie w/ nice pants. Make sure your shoes are nice a shiny... people like that. If it's laid back, then take off the tie. Wear clean underware, you never know when you need to show them to your boss.

I think a pair of nice black dress pants and a trendy dress shirt would be best. Dress as you're trying to impress someone who you'd be taking on a date.
and
Good luck on your interview! =-)

No sneakers. that ruins whatever look you might have accomplished. Dress comfortably and nicely. Get a haircut if you need one.
