In the summertime, my allergies (to pollen, dust, and other such allergens) come out full force, and just recently, I suffered a bad cold stemming from it. I would LOVE some feedback on possible natural remedies to treat my allergies. Thanks!

i have been using the pollen/hayfever homeopathic remedy from bioallers. i never had such problems before, but i guess i do now. it works great. also, if you want to try something really offbeat from a site i found earlier tonight, check out www.saisanjeevini.org. it is from india and quite unusual . you'll have to work your way through the site, but you'll come to the "diagram" that works for allergies. it can't hurt to give it a try. if you're fairly sensitive, you'll feel the frequency coming from the diagram, and then you can judge it's probable effect. definitely not western medicine (thus harmless), but typical of eastern approaches. have fun.

Check out NAET and Health Kinesiology. Both modalities have alternative treatments that calm down and clear allergies. Search the internet for practitioners in your area. Usually it will take a few appointments to clear the allergies, but then they're gone for life! Well worth the time and money.

there are known natural remedies for allergies but you have to know first the food that may trigger your allergy in pollens.one well known vegetable is spinach, have regular intake of this and don't forget to have spiriluna tablet everyday(try the evergreen brand of Asia)these may help to detoxify your body from the accumulated poisons from the food you ate.have also a regular apple juice everyday cause this provides balance in our immune system.avoid processed meat products if possible and choose only the organically grown vegetables, even animals fed with organically grown plants are best to be eaten than those who were fed with commercial feeds.go natural and this may help you to attain a more healthy lifestyle.

there are so many combinations and treatments available naturally that it's impossible to give you good advice on-line. i would suggest finding an herb store or natural store and talking to an herbalist (i am one) they can go step by step through your actual symptoms and the best treatment for you. most also have classes available so you'll be able to treat yourself as well as plain old maintaining optimal health.

Go to a doctor and they will most likely prescribe you a low dose of steroids. I don't think there are any home remedies
