I'm looking for an undereye cream specifically for dark circles. Must be under 20-something you'd buy at a drugstore.

Neutrogena Copper Creme for under eyes. Excellent and reasonable, around $17.95 at a Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Riteaid.

Hi, if you check out www.wonderful.myarbonne.com and look at the Intelligence Skin Care line they have an eye cream that retails for 28.00, but if you sign up for $29.00 you get 35% off everything in the catalog. They call it a consultant fee, but you do not have to sell anything. I look at it as a Sam's Club membership. With the 35% off that makes the eye cream $18.20 plus s&h and any applicable sales tax.
