This means that the crude son-of-a-b*tch who said this wants to perform cunnilingus (or oral sex of the vagina) on the female.
She did a fantastic thing... slapping him. How VILE, the damn lout... What damn show was this? I'm pro-speech, but something THAT crude is just tasteless. It's vulgar. :-x
But yeah... that's what it means. Oral sex on a female is actually an enjoyable thing, and blah blah blah... but if a random guy just comes and ASKS you... then, well... you be the judge. :-p

It's the new term for "oral sex, ********, head" or whatever other term you can think of. It's not just for a certain gender, it goes for any body. U chew? Meaning do you blah blah blah.... or You givin me some chew tonight? Meaning.... u get the hint.
