I bought a tracfone at walmart. I lost the book that goes with it though. Whenever I call it on a different phone, the tracfone never recieves the call and when I try to call with it, the other phone never receives the call. What can I do to make it work? Any suggestions?

I will try to answer your email as soon as it is recieved. I will need to know the model # and that is all not the esn. Example Nokia 2126 etc.

Since you have access to being online, I'd go to their website, www.tracfone.com and link onto customer service or technical support.
