Yes, I wore 6 inch heels in a wedding last summer, because I was a bridesmaid and the dress was too long and I didn't want to spend the money to get it altered. I was fairly comfortable in them; they had a platform sole, and the part under the ball of the foot was lightly padded.

Yes, and I stopped before I got the usual chronic back,hip,and knee problems.Take a pair of tennies everywhere you go and switch as needed. Have a nice day.

Hello Marnie, yes I was in them last night! Hubby and I had a great time! I wear them out on dates with him to dinner, the mall and other places too!

Yes, and if you haven't done it before, I would highly advise you NOT to do it. It seriously kills unless you've done countless hours of breaking them in.
