It has the seal of the United States government on it but it says five Philippine Centavos and is from 1945.

That is coin from the time that the US held the Phillippines as a commonwealth.

1945 in very-fine grade is worth $0.20
in gem-uncirculated grade it is worth $3.00


It may not be worth much but it is still a cool coin.

It's no longer in circulation so it's valueless. Besides, look at the amount, 5 cents. It's no worth. Just keep it as a money collection.
