Of course!! Then the government could regulate it and tax it and our national debit would be gone!! It is long over due and so are some other things that should have been legalized decades ago. The liberal mind versus the conservative older generations. Good question!!

The only reason it is illegal is because it was thought of an opiate before WW2 and they started to arrest people for it. now if they legalize it they would have to pardon all those people arrested and america does not want to look like an idiot.
